Thank you for sticking with us throughout our crowdfunding journey. We have been working really hard on our Kickstarter launch for this Wednesday, but we recently ran into some issues with Kickstarter’s approval process.
Originally, we were able to select for our Kickstarter campaign to launch immediately or be submitted for review. Our original screen shown below:
We had been planning to make use of the feature on the right to launch our project immediately on Wednesday morning. However, we recently found that the option to do so was no longer available, possibly because of Kickstarter’s algorithms. Our screen recently changed to this:
Because of this, we will have to go through the approval process before we can launch our project. From our research, this could be within a couple of days but could also take a couple of weeks. We’re hoping that our project can be approved quickly and are currently doing everything we can to reach out to Kickstarter to try to speed up the process. At the same time, we will use the additional time to continue improving our Kickstarter campaign.
While this has been a major disappointment, we haven’t given up hope or lost momentum. We have been looking forward to launching Ambi Climate on Kickstarter precisely because it’s a stringent and reputable platform. We really appreciate all of you sticking with us throughout our crowdfunding journey and will keep you up-to-date on when we plan to launch.
